Beef Vegetable Stew


o 1 lb of stew meat

o 2 potatoes

o 1 10oz bag of frozen mixed veggies (carrots, peas, and corn) or 1 can of each

o ½ onion

o 2 cloves garlic

o 1 14oz can diced tomatoes

o 2 bay leaves

o 1 tsp Thyme

o 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

o 2 cups Beef stock

o 1 tsp better than bouillon Beef paste or 1 beef bouillon

o Salt and pepper to taste


1. Sear your stew meat (add 2 Tbsp of cooking oil. I like bacon grease) over high heat until most sides are browned.

2. Add seared stewed meat and the rest of the ingredients to a crock pot.

3. Cook on low for 8 hours.
