Most people who work with me find out they have an intolerance to dairy. Here is a great dairy free yogurt option and it is sooooo easy friends!

Ingredients:

1 can full fat coconut milk

2 probiotic capsules

Directions:

  1. Add coconut milk to a mason jar and whisk or blend with an immersion blender until smooth.

  2. Open up the probiotic capsules and add the powder to the coconut milk. Stir with a wooden spoon.

  3. Place cheese cloth over the top and let sit on the counter for 1-3 days. I like my yogurt to have more zing, so I let mine sit longer. The temperature of your home can affect the speed to which your yogurt ferments. Warmer temperatures ferment quicker.

  4. Enjoy with chia seeds and fruit!

Notes:

  1. The yogurt is pretty thin so you can strain it through cheese cloth overnight or just add chia seeds to thicken it.
